• You independently and purposefully handle BVG benefit cases in the area of disability
• You review benefit claims taking into account legal, medical, and regulatory foundations
• You determine the due benefits and are responsible for the technical processing in the systems
• You manage and review ongoing pensions, transfer contracts/disability cases to other pension institutions or take them over
• You have written and telephone contact with internal and external customers (insured persons, employers, legal representatives, authorities, etc.)
• You actively contribute to continuous process improvement

• You are committed, courageous, driven, have a positive mindset, are empathetic, eager to contribute, a team player, and resilient; you like it when things get busy, then you fit very well
• You love customer-oriented communication (oral and written) and enjoy using your confident German, French, or Italian (any additional language is a bonus)
• If you have answered yes to everything so far and additionally have professional experience in the benefits area of social insurance or several years of BVG experience, then we definitely want to get to know you!
