What you will move with us
- You lead our HR department, further drive HR excellence, and continuously develop strategic HR topics such as leadership and corporate culture.
- You are an active sparring partner for the management and responsible for HR management (together with the HR business partners).
- You are responsible for the entire HR life cycle and implement modern HR processes.
- You lead and further develop the HR team and take on the personnel management of seven direct reports including the Head of Vocational Training and Head of Daycare.
- You ensure a high level of service quality and compliance with all personnel law and social security requirements.

- With your leadership experience and several years of professional experience in operational and strategic HRM, ideally in healthcare.
- With your solid knowledge of all HR processes and strategic HR topics, a pronounced understanding of organization, combined with networked thinking and acting.
- With your advanced specialized training in HR management (MAS FH, NDS HF or similar) and your solid business administration knowledge.
- With your high leadership and social competence combined with an appreciative and clear attitude.
- With your doer qualities, your initiative and solution-oriented working style, as well as a high IT affinity.
