To complete the team of supervisors for the Personal Development Workshops where residents with disabilities are welcomed, we are looking for a
MSP or Social Educator for the Carpe Diem workshop (M/F)
at a 60% activity rate
Mission
As an MSP, you ensure the facilitation of a personal development workshop welcoming adult individuals. With the main mission of socialisation, this workshop offers a wide range of activities such as games, creative expression, manual activities and cooking. Comfortable with group activities as well as individual support, you collaborate with all beneficiaries to ensure coherent support that meets the users’ needs.
Responsibilities
Ensure optimal reception of residents within the workshop, considering their project and needs
Proactively participate in the life of the team
Propose individual and collective support and ensure the writing of reports and assessments
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings
Develop your skills by regularly attending training sessions
Integrate your activity into the institutional functioning
Desired profile
You hold a qualification as ASE, ES or HES complemented by experience in workshops with both young and ageing individuals.
You demonstrate strong motivation for developing activities adapted to people experiencing loss of autonomy.
You have a good understanding of the issues related to people with disabilities
You possess proven manual skills and your creativity allows you to adapt your tools to the needs of the beneficiaries welcomed
You are comfortable working in a team and providing individual support
You have a good knowledge of the PPH and its applications
Work environment

Conditions according to the collective labour agreement in the Vaud parapublic social sector. Permanent contract. Work at various internal and external animation locations. Irregular hours, evening and weekend work according to rota and service needs.
