Deputy Head Occupational Therapy at Zollikerberg Hospital - Part-time

If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks:

• Co-responsibility for the professional and personnel management of the occupational therapy team (7 employees)
• Treatment of outpatient and inpatient patients in the areas of neurology and/or orthopedics, geriatrics, palliative care, and intensive care unit
• Planning and adjustment of the work schedules for the entire team
• Participation in quality and process management to ensure evidence-based and patient-oriented therapy
• Support in the further development of occupational therapy in collaboration with other professional groups
• Participation in employee promotion and development
• Participation in projects to further develop occupational therapy care
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments

• Completed training as an occupational therapist (BSc or comparable training)
• Leadership experience is a plus but not a must
• Experience in further developing occupational therapy concepts
• RAP and PEP are not foreign to you
