In our 4 branches, we service the brands: Volvo, Škoda, Nissan, Ford, and Hyundai.
For our Auto-Center Küng AG in Gebenstorf, we are looking for a Service Assistant/Parts Service and Warranty (m/f) 100% immediately or by arrangement.
What you bring:
- Completed basic training in the automotive industry
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Good manners, professional customer interaction
- High commitment, flexibility, and teamwork skills
- Service-oriented, reliable working style
Your tasks are:
- Personal and telephone customer consultation
- Appointment scheduling
- Creating offers, orders, and invoicing
- Inventory management
- Support with warranty billing
- Monitoring and compliance with quality standards
- Support with service campaigns and sales activities
- Processing orders and issuing spare parts
