The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 84 new senior apartments.

The dementia department currently accommodates 72 and will in the future accommodate 160 residents. The care departments are operated according to the three worlds model by Christoph Held.

For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed personality as of now or by arrangement as

Health and Social Assistance EBA / Nursing Assistant SRK (m/f/d)

RA / Day & Night Center, 80 – 100% workload

You will support us by:

• Primarily working night shifts (21:45 – 07:15) and creating structure, calm, and security
• Additionally performing some day shifts and jointly creating an orderly, appreciative daily routine for our residents with the team
• Carrying out planned care and support tasks according to individual needs and biographies and reporting to the main night nurse
• Performing simple nursing measures in compliance with hygiene guidelines
• Carefully maintaining nursing documentation within your area of competence
• Passing on important observations to the nursing staff
• Independently and reliably performing household tasks

You can convince us with:

• A completed training as Health & Social Assistance EBA, Nursing Assistant SRK, or an equivalent recognized qualification
• Experience in long-term care and dealing with residents suffering from dementia
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• An empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
