YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

• Operational and partial strategic purchasing
• Negotiation of purchasing conditions, terms, project agreements, and fixed prices
• Drafting contracts and framework conditions
• Leading and participating in purchasing and optimization projects
• Operational order processing of stock items, MRO products, and services
• Evaluation and assessment of suppliers
• Identification and implementation of cost reduction measures
• Preparation of lists, statistics, and analyses for decision-making bases and strategies
• Continuous evaluation and development of process optimizations
• Master data maintenance in the ERP system in close cooperation with data management
• Various administrative tasks

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a purchaser, ideally in the construction supply sector
• Commercial basic training or technical training with commercial further education
• Completed further training as a purchasing specialist with a federal diploma
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Solution-oriented personality with high commitment
• Independent, precise, and structured way of working
• Team player with assertiveness
• Confident German language skills and good IT user skills (Office, ERP)
