Brand Executive NGP (Next Generation Products)

British American Tobacco is a truly global organization. Our companies employ more than 55,000 people in a business spanning some 180 markets worldwide. In Switzerland, we employ more than 450 people in Lausanne and Boncourt.

Today, it is widely accepted that most of the harm associated with smoking is caused by inhaling the toxicants in the smoke produced by the burning of tobacco. That is why we are dedicated to developing a portfolio of potentially reduced-risk products that provide the enjoyment of smoking, but without burning tobacco. Consumer tastes are fragmenting and evolving. It is only by making available a choice of products that we can address the varied preferences of our consumers.

We now have a wide range of industry-leading Next Generation Products in our portfolio, including vapor and tobacco heating products, as well as oral tobacco and nicotine products, such as snus and moist snuff. We want to make sure that these high-quality, innovative products are as widely available as possible. By doing this, we believe many millions of smokers could decide to switch.

We're in the most dynamic period of change our industry has ever known. Advances in technology, changes in the

way in which society sees smoking and public health awareness are all combining to create a unique opportunity to transform tobacco - and we are absolutely committed to leading this transformation.

For our business unit in Lausanne, we are looking for a:
