The Customer Service Center actively supports Raiffeisen Switzerland, Raiffeisen banks, and group companies in achieving their service goals by receiving and responding to telephone and written end-customer inquiries.

• Service-oriented support and advice for private customers of the Raiffeisen Group by telephone
• Targeted and campaign-oriented sales activities for banking products by telephone
• Co-responsibility for the targeted further development of the organization
• Working days from Monday to Friday with occasional assignments on Saturdays

• Commercial basic training, experience in the financial sector is an advantage
• Initial experience in the contact center area is an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Passion and conviction to contribute your strengths to achieve joint success
• Excellent German skills in spoken and written form
