The Customer Service Center actively supports Raiffeisen Switzerland, Raiffeisen banks, and group companies in achieving their service goals by receiving and responding to telephone and written end-customer inquiries.

- Service-oriented support and advice for private customers of the Raiffeisen Group by telephone
- Targeted and campaign-oriented sales activities for banking products by telephone
- Co-responsibility for the targeted further development of the organization
- Working days from Monday to Friday with occasional assignments on Saturdays
- Commercial basic training, experience in the financial sector is an advantage
- Initial experience in the contact center area is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Passion and conviction to contribute your strengths to achieve joint success
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form
