About the job
Your tasks / Your profile:- Preparation and presentation of half-board & à la carte and tasting menus
- Creative implementation of regional and seasonal specialties
- Responsibility for your own station (e.g. Entremetier, Saucier, Gardemanger)
- Compliance with HACCP standards and kitchen hygiene
- Collaboration with service and kitchen management
- Precise work under time pressure
- Creativity in developing new dishes
- Teamwork skills
- Passion for quality, taste, and aesthetics
- Resilience during high seasons (summer/winter)
- Completed chef training (EFZ / IHK / apprenticeship)
- German (fluent)
- English (good)
