- Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
- Experience in banquet operations is a plus.

About the job
- Support and operational implementation of events in the resort
- Support of the Banquet Operations Manager in all operational and administrative areas as well as representation in their absence
- Ensuring optimal guest satisfaction with friendly and attentive service to guests
- Coordination of the entire banquet area to ensure smooth implementation
- Support of weddings, private events, and business events
- Support in organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops for employees
- Completed commercial basic training or apprenticeship in the hotel industry
- Professional experience in the banquet area
- Communicative and flexible team player with a high willingness to provide service
- Experience in staff management is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and organized way of working
- German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
