About the job

• Support and operational implementation of events in the resort
• Support of the Banquet Operations Manager in all operational and administrative areas as well as representation in their absence
• Ensuring optimal guest satisfaction with friendly and attentive service to guests
• Coordination of the entire banquet area to ensure smooth implementation
• Support of weddings, private events, and business events

• Support in organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops for employees

• Completed commercial basic training or apprenticeship in the hotel industry
• Professional experience in the banquet area
• Communicative and flexible team player with a high willingness to provide service
• Experience in staff management is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and organized way of working
• German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
