Your Tasks
- Primary contact person work
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process
- Support and qualification of students
- Interprofessional collaboration in the core and treatment team
- Organization and support of activities / group offers
- Implementation and further development of the recovery-oriented treatment concept
- Ensuring the support and supervision of students in the absence of the vocational trainer
Your Profile
- Nursing diploma with a focus primarily on psychiatry or somatics
- Professional experience in psychiatry / somatics / long-term care
- Joy and motivation in supporting apprentices and students
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Resilient, sociable, constructive, and empathetic personality
