To strengthen the Pension and Tax team, we are looking for an experienced personality as a specialist for external mandate accounting and tax declaration 100%
Your area of responsibility:
- Overall responsibility for the accounting managed in the mandate of non-profit foundations and legal entities, the annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER, as well as the financial reports to the board members. This includes, among other things: checking the general ledgers and performing various closing tasks including reporting and providing information to internal and external parties as well as supervisory authorities; controlling payroll accounting and the administration of social insurance coverage for our clients; clarifying the impact of new business and/or regulations on accounting and reporting, as well as ensuring timely implementation of regulatory changes
- Independent handling of demanding tax declaration mandates (natural persons) as well as related control tasks (assessments, payments, legal remedies)
- Direct customer contact, close cooperation with client advisory as well as internal expert inquiries, training sessions, presentations (internal and external)
This is how you convince us:
Education / Experience
- Federal diploma in fiduciary or finance and accounting
- Confident, several years of experience in accounting, especially foundation accounting. Experience in payroll administration is an advantage
- Several years of experience as a mandate manager in the area of tax declaration for natural persons
- System knowledge in Avaloq, Abacus, Dr. Tax, and Excel
- Fluent German and good English skills
