Your tasks

Overall responsibility for the smooth operation as well as the organizational and qualitative management of the spa and recreation area
Leadership, motivation, and development of the team (up to 23 employees), including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluation
Ensuring the highest service and quality standards (CMS, LQA standards, ISO 9001) as well as active complaint management
Design and implementation of innovative spa offers, packages, events, and treatments considering current industry trends
Close cooperation with marketing to develop and implement promotions and in-house marketing activities
Responsibility for budget planning, material usage, inventories, and efficient cost management
Ensuring safety, hygiene, and health protection according to internal guidelines and legal requirements

Your profile

Completed training in the commercial sector, hospitality, or further education in spa management; at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
Several years of leadership experience (at least 2-5 years) as well as pronounced leadership and management skills
High motivation, strong personality, and confident and professional appearance
Solid business understanding with a clear focus on numbers and quality
In-depth expertise and passion for the spa & recreation sector
Very good knowledge of common hotel and spa software systems (e.g., TAC RA, Protel)
Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
EU / EFTA or Swiss passport
