- Developing the operational concept as well as the leadership and organizational structure of the outpatient platform in the Department of Internal Medicine (project phase)
- Implementing the concept and shaping change management during the transition from a department-specific organization to the platform concept
- Motivating, leading, and promoting employees
- Optimizing processes in the new, modern infrastructure of the outpatient platform, combined with taking over cost center responsibility (operational phase)
What you bring with you
- Business, nursing, or medical education (HF/FH/MAS) with solid management training
- Several years of leadership and project management experience in healthcare
- Strategic, networked thinking and entrepreneurial action
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills as well as enthusiasm for shaping new things and driving innovations
