Technical Customer Service Clerk (m/f) / 80 - 100%

Your tasks with us

• Independent calculation of special attachments (variants) on our construction machines
• Close cooperation with our internal sales team in developing customer-specific solutions
• Obtaining quotes from our suppliers
• Creating and updating technical documentation
• Regular exchange with our 13 locations throughout Switzerland as well as with the group in Germany and Austria
• Responsibility for the complete handling of repair and service orders as well as warranty work

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery, truck, or small equipment mechanic
• Commercial training or further training as a workshop manager/diagnostic technician
• Several years of experience in the construction machinery industry
• Strong service orientation and very good organizational skills
• Team player, resilient, and responsible
• Good MS Office and SAP knowledge
• Very good German skills (spoken and written); additional languages such as French or Italian are an advantage
