The Jugendnetzwerk Foundation operates decentralized services and facilities for child, youth, and family support in various business areas with around 100 employees: family activation, Start-Life youth housing, residential groups. Various service and task areas of the Jugendnetzwerk come together in the Central Services.From April 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for an independent and service-oriented personality as Responsible for Finance and Payroll Accounting (50 - 60%)
Areas of responsibility
You work in the Central Services area and are closely networked with the management. As the person responsible for finance, you create a transparent and accurate finance and payroll accounting with quarterly and annual financial statements together with another specialist. You manage the processes and tasks of financial planning and accounting from the budget to the external audit of the annual financial statements and support the management circle with meaningful reports and analyses. You value exchange and precisely coordinated reporting with the supervisory authority (Office for Youth and Career Counseling) and other external and internal stakeholders just as much as a working atmosphere of mutual acceptance that enables personal well-being and success.
Profile
• a solid professional education and several years of experience in financial accounting of a department/organization, ideally in a psychosocial work environment
• experience in accounting according to Swiss Gaap FER
• very good user knowledge of the ERP system Abacus and enthusiasm for its further development in networked use
• proactive, structured, and analytical working style with high personal responsibility
• flexibility in scheduling annual working hours
• experience in human resources (complementary/optional)
