Caretaker Employee Accommodations (m/f/d)

About the job

• Regular inspection of the accommodations as well as checking compliance with house rules and cleanliness

• Coordination of move-ins and move-outs including key management, handover and takeover

• Inventory management, organization of repairs and replacements

• Carrying out minor technical repair and maintenance work

• Cleaning maintenance 

• Snow removal

• Recognizing and mediating conflicts among residents

• Close cooperation with the People & Culture department and the technical service

• Support in designing the house rules

• Independent, reliable and structured way of working

• Strong assertiveness

• Good communication and conflict resolution skills

• Discretion and respect in dealing with employees

• Language skills in German and English, additional languages are an advantage 

• Basic technical understanding (advantage) or willingness to learn

• Willingness for flexible assignments as needed (no conventional working hours)
