To strengthen our microbiology team, we are looking for a

Your tasks

Technical and personnel management of the Microbiology II staff
Ensuring and organizing the daily activities related to the monitoring of cleanrooms
Organization and execution of hygiene training (entry, refresher, and event training at the site)
Organization and execution of access training (e.g., Zone B)
Ensuring immediate measures in case of inadequate aseptic/hygienic behavior
Supporting interfaces with problems/questions regarding hygiene
Microbiological recording and trending of Environmental Monitoring data: statistically recording and regularly evaluating the collected data
Creating the quarterly trend report for the area of responsibility
Initiating and processing deviations in case of non-compliance in the area of responsibility
Initiating CAPAs and Change Control and processing them if necessary
Responsible for recording, evaluating, and documenting Aseptic Processing Simulation APS (Media Fill): planning personnel deployment for recording and evaluation of APS, defining incubation specifications for APS, and ensuring the currency of the specifications
Creating risk analyses of Environmental Monitoring test points for the entire site
Cross-departmental collaboration for test point definition
Participation in cross-departmental projects and support during audits (FDA, EMA, internal QA audits)

Your profile

Degree in natural sciences in biology/microbiology/life science (FH, Bachelor, Master) or completed vocational training as a laboratory technician EFZ biology with at least 5 years of professional experience in one of the following areas: aseptic production, microbiological monitoring, hygiene and cleaning, microbiological laboratory
Leadership experience
Experience with common pharmacopoeias (Ph.Eur./USP)
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
Networked thinking and assertiveness
