Job description

This is your role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who has the drive, skills and motivation to take on the challenge of building up our new Customer Success Department. You will be accountable for driving customer adoption and success by providing oversight, adoption recommendations, opportunities for greater service and risk management. You will assist with business value assessments to ensure our customers get the most return on investment from NEVIS.
This job requires leadership experience, exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, analytical thinking, and a good understanding of the software industry.


This is you
  • Be the customer advocate. Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Build trusted relationship with our customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers after implementation.
  • Manage customer feedback and escalations.
  • Identify and communicate root causes for customer success or failure.
  • Develop and implement customer retention campaigns.
  • Introduce customers to new features and product capabilities.
  • Partner with the internal team members to align account activities.

You bring
  • Relationship management skills. Ability to build relationships with decision makers in their accounts.
  • Extremely perceptive and highly emotionally intelligent.
  • Excellent communication skills and good at having difficult conversations.
  • Ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities while working in a fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Excellent and proven teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
  • Available to travel up to 25%
