We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who has the drive, skills and motivation to take on the challenge of building up our new Customer Success Department. You will be accountable for driving customer adoption and success by providing oversight, adoption recommendations, opportunities for greater service and risk management. You will assist with business value assessments to ensure our customers get the most return on investment from NEVIS.
This job requires leadership experience, exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, analytical thinking, and a good understanding of the software industry.
