• You are responsible for the end-to-end AI innovation process: from monitoring new technologies, exploring new AI approaches in the business context, building minimal viable products (MVPs), to scaling AI solutions within AXA Switzerland and the AXA Group
• You expand AI solutions for Voice AI and email automation at the customer interface with your team, creating tangible added value for our customers and for AXA
• You shape the technological aspects (such as the Agenic platform) of the AI transformation, coordinate closely with stakeholders from business, IT, and the Data & AI area, and prioritize implementation together with the team and stakeholders
• You actively network with universities, leading companies in the AI field, and the AXA Group, bringing new impulses into the organization
• You strengthen your team through coaching, clear goals, and continuous feedback, and promote collaboration across functions

• Several years of experience in successfully implementing AI use cases; ideally with experience in innovation management
• Passion for innovation, strong communication skills, and joy in engaging people
• Several years of leadership experience with an appreciative, cooperative leadership style
• High creative energy, strong problem-solving skills, and implementation strength
• Solid AI knowledge from a data science degree with a master's degree (or equivalent)
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
