MEDIA MANAGER Full time position based in Zürich

H&M Switzerland is looking for a Media Manager. Within the Media Manager role you will strengthen our brand and
maximize media presence, in the most efficient way, through external and owned channels.
Your responsibilities Teamwork is key in this role and your responsibilities are in close cooperation with the
Customer Loyalty & Marketing Manager, the global media and campaign teams, our local media agency as well as various
other local stakeholders including mainly but not only the local Customer Loyalty, PR, Merchandising and Visual
Merchandising teams to align the in-store and digital media marketing activities. Your key responsibilities are the
planning, implementation, co-ordination and follow-up of the global campaigns across all local bought media channels.
Together with the local media agency you will drive and strengthen our external media strategy.
Your to do-list includes: Responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of the global campaigns in
order to support the brand, increase traffic and selling. Successful implementation of global marketing campaigns
across all local bought media Key contact and responsible for the local media agency Manage media budget to ensure
that H&M is securing the most efficient media planning according to budget Oversee local media strategy and working
cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Merchandising and Visual Merchandising team. Creating, approving and
translating copy for social and digital media campaigns. Plan local newsletter and push notifications Liaise with
local and global media agency and the team at our head office. Work cross-functionally and communicate clearly on
media strategy and potential opportunities.

Your expertise also includes: A Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications 2-3 years of
experience in marketing or media agency A fashion background/deep interest and knowledge of fashion Fluency in both
English and German is mandatory, French and Italian is an advantage A strong knowledge in both traditional and new
media landscape Ability to work independently by managing your own priorities, setting your own objectives & following
up on them. Great leadership and project management skills Ability to work a fast pace environment with strong
prioritization skills Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach Proactive self-starter that drives
goals forward Fluent in Microsoft office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
