Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the individual and professional care and support of our residents (m/f/d), always respecting their self-determination, wishes and habits
- Taking over medical treatment care
- You take on all activities in the task area of qualification level 3 according to the new staffing measurement (PeBem)

Your Profile
- You have completed a one-year training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d), nursing specialist assistant (m/f/d), elderly care assistant (m/f/d) or as a nursing auxiliary (m/f/d)
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Appreciation of the individual needs of residents
- You work passionately in your profession and have a positive attitude towards seniors (m/f/d)
- Responsible and independent way of working
- Enjoyment of teamwork
