• Take care of cleaning the hotel rooms and, if necessary, the public areas
• Take on additional special cleaning tasks after consultation with the Housekeeping Operations Manager/Housekeeping Supervisor
• Are responsible for ensuring and checking the specified housekeeping quality standards
• Work hand in hand with our hosts and hotel technicians to fulfill our guests' wishes
• Are the contact person for our guests on the floor and always know what to do
• Take responsibility for lost and found items because nothing gets lost with you

• Have already gained experience in a similar position in the hotel industry
• Love cleanliness and order and pay attention to the little details
• Bring good mood and always have a smile on your lips
• Enjoy dealing with international guests and can respond well to different wishes
• Speak fluent German – English would be a plus
