We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a solution-oriented and organized 

Your tasks:

• Assistance in service at seminars, banquets & event functions
• Setting up rooms and technical preparations according to the function sheet
• Mise en place work for all events in the hotel according to the function sheet
• Welcoming guests on site and contact person for concerns in the event/seminar area
• Answering banquet inquiries by phone and providing initial information
• Participation in various meetings related to seminar & banquet
• Compliance with hygiene standards and cleanliness in the entire work area as well as cleaning tasks
• Assistance in breakfast service and at the hotel bar

Your profile:

• Completed training as a restaurant specialist or similar
• Experience in a similar position in gastronomy/hotellerie
• Team-oriented and flexible
• High resilience and reliability
• Quick comprehension and good MS Office as well as Protel knowledge are an advantage
• Very good German skills, good English skills, all other languages are an advantage
