HR Operations Specialist (70-90%)

In Switzerland, Aon includes Aon Benfield, Aon Retirement & Investment and Aon Commercial Risk Solutions, with around 350 employees in Basel, Lugano, Neuchâtel, Nyon, Zug and Zürich. To strengthen our Swiss HR team in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:

 

 

Your profile

  • Commercial apprenticeship (CFC or equivalent) completed by Swiss HR Assistant Certificate (or equivalent Swiss qualification);
  • First successful professional experience in the field of pay and HR Experience in working in a complex environment;
  • Proficiency in French, English and German (minimum B2 level);
  • Good working knowledge of Swiss social security, insurances and Swiss employment law;
  • Comfortable with figures, administrative activities and all the latest office computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and to build professional relationships;
  • Strong team player capable of integrating diverse activities within an evolving environment.

Your responsibilities

Payroll

  • Management of all payroll-specific activities and procedures for our employees in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, together with our external payroll provider ;
  • Support for all payroll-related questions from colleagues;
  • Follow-up and management of colleagues' shareholding plan.

Time Management

  • Follow-up of working hours and absences with the time recording tool;
  • Preparation of time and absence statistics;
  • Support for all questions from colleagues in connection with absence management.

Miscellaneous

  • Updating our different database and reporting spreadsheets;
  • Follow-up of administrative data relating to the first/second pillar and the management of social insurances;
  • Preparation of various reports and HR statistics;
  • Correspondence and various administrative tasks related to the follow-up of the life cycle of employees (work certificates, scheduling interviews, …).
