Your Tasks

You shape everyday life, the activation offer as well as the socio-cultural events and carry out the activities
You support and accompany our residents on walks, during games and individual activities
You assist in planning and carrying out excursions and events
You focus on the independence and self-determination of the residents and align yourself with their needs
You work interdisciplinarily with all areas in the house

What You Bring

Training in the field of activation, everyday design and/or care
Experience and joy in working with elderly people
Very good oral and written German skills, MS Office knowledge is an advantage
You have high social competence and flexibility as well as a warm and humorous basic attitude
You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
