German Course Instructor for Non-German Speaking Adults

The Continuing Education Department at bwz uri offers courses for adults in the areas of languages, computer science, profession/specialist lectures, body/mind/soul, arts/music/literature, and general education. In addition, a wide range of German courses is available for non-German speaking adults.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a German course instructor for the evening courses starting February 2026 for the German semester course level A2 (2x per week, 2.5 lessons each, in the evening)

Tasks

• Planning and conducting German courses
• Administrative tasks
• Collaboration with other course instructors
• Participation in team meetings

Expectations

• Pedagogical training and/or SVEB I for language course instructors, or certificate for language course instructors in the integration area
• Great pedagogical skill and commitment to people with a migration background
• Teaching experience in DaZ/DaF is an advantage
• A high degree of independence and personal responsibility
• Enthusiasm, initiative, and intercultural competencies
• Basic IT knowledge
• Willingness to teach at least two evenings
