We Offer

An interesting role within the Chairman's offices of Credit Suisse Group and Credit Suisse Switzerland as part of the
Corporate Secretary team. The role has the following main tasks:
Corporate Governance:

- Review current corporate governance developments, industry and best practice trends and research reports and provide
updates
- Support for Corporate Governance reporting in Annual Report
- Support for the various Reports to the Boards
- Updates to the Corporate Governance website
- Support in connection with the Annual General Meeting and standard Corporate Governance documentation

Board Management Support:

- Support for Board and Board committee meetings (e.g. agendas, meeting material distribution, meeting support)
- Coordinate the new Board Member orientation schedules and program planning
- Contribute to annual Board / Board Committee self-assessment process
- Topic planning for Board / Board committees
- Document searches (legal, regulatory inquiries for BoD materials)

You Offer

- Relevant experience in Business Management/Support, Legal Counsel or Business Consulting role in Financial Services
- Interest in topics of Corporate Governance and corporate structure
- Highly reliable, discreet and collaborative personality with precise working style
- Ability to work independently
- Very good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent writing and communication skills as well as coordination skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and ability to effectively work with the banks Senior Management is an asset
- Fluency in English and German, French skills are an asset
