HR Intern

In close cooperation with the International HR Director, HR Generalist and other HR colleagues based in the US, you will be supporting our International legal entities during your internship. You will be responsible for various HR projects.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Responsible for maintaining an accurate/up-to-date employee training database, and distributes reports to appropriate employees as required
  • Assist and support our HR Generalist International on HR Operations tasks for International employees such as preparation of employee related documentation
  • Coordinates and participates in HR initiatives such as mass distributions
  • Create and provide accurate key HR metrics/data
  • Support HR Director International with different ad hoc tasks
  • Organize local events on site
  • Process optimization and participation on various Global HR Projects
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • HR experience would be a plus
  • Fluent in French and English, Spanish is a plus
  • Swiss HR Certificate a plus
  • Reliable, responsible and customer-oriented personality
  • Organized and autonomous with strong prioritizing skills
  • High resilience and ability to work in a challenging and very dynamic environment
  • Excellent Project Management and Organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
  • Good IT skills with experience in Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft office packages
