Main Role:

  • Lead the Export Sales team
  • Manage an Export zone with distributors
  • Develop and implement Export sales strategies
  • Collaborate and work cross departmentally within the organization
  • Represent Laurastar with key distributors across the world

 Key Activities:

  • Recruit, develop and coach the Export sales team to achieve world class standards and results
  • Support distributors to develop Laurastar sales and brand image (budget, planning, margin & profitability, training, bonus)
  • Operational interface between the distributor and the other internal departments for commercial, finance, marketing, digital, production, customer service and all other account activities
  • Monitor and support the distributor’s monthly forecast and planning in coordination with production and order management
  • Establish and monitor Export sales objectives and budget for products, quantity, net sales, margin, costs and improve key sales KPIs
  • Coordinate Export sales activities together with the Omnichannel Sales Steering Committee in areas like budget, promotion, pricing, ecommerce, merchandising, forecast, budget, customers service, order management, planning etc.

Technical Competencies:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in both French and English
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficient in modern IT tools
  • Proven ability to negotiate
