All 44 notaries in the canton of Zurich are also land registry and bankruptcy offices and are organizationally part of Zurich's judicial administration.

Your area of responsibility
- Processing employment and change orders as well as accident reports
- Maintaining personnel and payroll data in SAP HCM
- Participation in internal control systems and in the QM4 staffing plan
- Support in time management (ProTime) and digital file management
- Correspondence with the 44 decentralized notaries and external offices
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of practical experience in personnel administration, ideally in the public sector
- Precise, reliable, independent, and efficient way of working
- Integrity, discretion, and resilience
- Enjoyment of teamwork and contact with internal and external contacts
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, SAP HCM, time recording tools)
