· Leadership and motivation of around 25–30 employees
· Duty scheduling for train personnel, allocation of vehicles
· Development of quick solutions for operational challenges
· Support in recruitment and contact person for internal and external concerns
· Occasional rides for quality assurance and process optimization
· Taking over line and extra trips amounting to around 20%
Requirements
· Training and experience in public transport or logistics
· Leadership skills, resilience, and organizational talent
· Good knowledge of AZG/ARV and MS Office (IVU knowledge is an advantage)
· Driver's license category D or willingness to obtain it
