Our office in Munich bundles all construction/design, administrative, and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel. The central operations department is responsible for all operational processes in the existing Ruby hotels as well as the preparation of all new openings.

• Are passionate about everything related to F&B and are an indispensable part of our corporate F&B team by coordinating various processes and providing administrative support
• Monitor F&B key figures, always stay one step ahead, provide valuable insights, and make strategic optimization recommendations
• Support business plans, F&B budgets, sales volume analysis, and sourcing of new suppliers
• Independently take on small and medium F&B projects and successfully complete them
• Ensure structure, create, revise, and maintain our Ruby styles as well as our inventory files and take care of the monthly reporting of the most important F&B key figures
• Work together with colleagues from other departments to advance projects and processes in the F&B area and take digitalization to a new level

• Have completed training in hotel management, restaurant management, or a similar field
• Know exactly what matters through your professional experience in the F&B sector and can also prove yourself with your administrative experience and skills
• Know the latest trends, are bursting with ideas, like to think "out of the box," and are always one step ahead
• Count proactivity as well as your committed, organized, and independent working style among your strengths
• Enjoy working in a team, appear confident, and bring lots of joy and humor
• Have very good knowledge of MS Office, a good business understanding, and basic knowledge of working with POS and PMS
• Speak fluent German and English
