Your role:
- Support on the ground, in collaboration with the social workers of the branch, young adults in difficulty — including some from migration backgrounds — throughout their professional training journey
- Offer individualized, tailored support, respecting AccEnt's values, to foster skills development, autonomy, and success in professional training, aiming for sustainable professional integration of beneficiaries
- Continuously adjust follow-up according to needs, while actively participating in a collective reflective approach on practices
- Adopt a coaching stance throughout the support process, adapting the approach to the complex realities encountered (learning strategies, mediative stance, for example)
- Work in a structured and autonomous manner within the established operational framework
- Carry out administrative tasks inherent to the role.
Your skills and experience:
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma with social training at ES or HES/university level
- Ability to individually support young adults and collaborate with the specialized network
- Experience in the field of socio-professional integration and 3 years in a similar role
- Additional training in coaching, mediation, or learning strategies
- Knowledge of the professional training sector is desirable
- Training or professional experience related to the integration of the migrant population is an asset
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, good stress management, ability to work in pairs and teams
- Comfortable with common IT tools.
Workplace: Riviera Branch (Vevey), driving license required
