• Control and further processing of sales data in the lodging, spa, F&B, banquet, and hotel areas; reconciliation of sales data, determination of discrepancies, execution of sales corrections; preparation of daily sales reports and preparation of monthly closings
• Control of compliance with service instructions
• Ensuring general office organization including filing and storage of documents or data material
• Function monitoring, programming, and maintenance of POS systems
• Processing employee payrolls according to specifications, handling goods returns and exchanges, processing error messages

• Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable commercial qualification
• Friendly, open, and professional demeanor
• Good knowledge of the ORACLE Symphony system and confident handling of Microsoft Office programs
