The Pouponnière and Shelter Foundation aims to work for children and more specifically young children and their families, notably by welcoming them within its nine institutions: five child life centers (CVE), two emergency boarding schools, the Educational Mother-Child Reception (AEME), the Meeting Space Service Unit (UPER).

To complete our AEME team, we are looking for a:

Mission and responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the night, guarantee the safety and well-being of residents during the night
• Support and assist parents if needed, participate in the care of children aged 0 to 6 years
• Coordinate with the educational team and communicate useful information
• Carry out watches (8:45 pm-12:00 am active / 12:00 am-6:00 am passive / 6:00 am-6:45 am active) and manage any emergency situations that may arise

Profile sought

• Basic training related to social, health, or childhood fields (e.g., CRS health auxiliary)
• Experience in newborn and young child care
• Experience in watches in a similar environment, an asset
• Good personal organization, autonomy, adaptability, and priority management
• Excellent listening skills, empathy, and team spirit
• Availability during weekdays and weekends
• Clean criminal record
