The Pouponnière and Shelter Foundation aims to work for children and more specifically young children and their families, notably by welcoming them within its nine institutions: five child life centers (CVE), two emergency boarding schools, the Educational Mother-Child Reception (AEME), the Meeting Space Service Unit (UPER).
To complete our AEME team, we are looking for a:
Night Watcher at 47%
Semi-active watches
Mission and responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of the night, guarantee the safety and well-being of residents during the night
- Support and assist parents if needed, participate in the care of children aged 0 to 6 years
- Coordinate with the educational team and communicate useful information
- Carry out watches (8:45 pm-12:00 am active / 12:00 am-6:00 am passive / 6:00 am-6:45 am active) and manage any emergency situations that may arise
Profile sought
- Basic training related to social, health, or childhood fields (e.g., CRS health auxiliary)
- Experience in newborn and young child care
- Experience in watches in a similar environment, an asset
- Good personal organization, autonomy, adaptability, and priority management
- Excellent listening skills, empathy, and team spirit
- Availability during weekdays and weekends
- Clean criminal record
