Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Preparation and implementation of the business of the Conference of Court Presidents
- Support of the court presidents in the completion of judicial administrative tasks
- Personnel management of the non-judicial employees of the Regional Court as well as management of the Regional Court registry
- Responsibility for accounting including budgeting, documentation, procurement, and building administration
- Management of the IT of the ordinary courts: support in the introduction of new digital applications and processes of the ordinary courts; coordination with the Office for IT
- Initiation and implementation of change processes including digitalization
- Project management
- Active participation in promoting the digitalization of the ordinary courts
Qualifications
You are particularly characterized for this position by:
- Higher education in business administration or organizational development
- Several years of leadership experience in a management position
- Sound knowledge in project management
- Experience in coordinating IT topics and projects
- Experience in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes
- Strong affinity for digitalization and new technologies
