Spitex Toggenburg is a modern, future-oriented non-profit organization with around 70 employees, which ensures outpatient care and support for the residents in the upper and middle Toggenburg.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for the following from January 2026 or by arrangement:

FaGe EFZ with Additional Function Deployment Planning

Your tasks

• Taking over the care and support of our clients in their familiar environment
• Performing competent and resource-oriented basic and treatment care
• Demand-oriented and economical deployment planning of Spitex clients in Perigon
• Coordination and review of the daily planning in cooperation with the team management
• Constructive, solution-oriented interface management with referrers, clients, relatives, and internal departments
• Ensuring the correct use of the client software, Perigon

What you bring

• Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Experience in deployment planning is an advantage 
• Confident handling of IT systems, Perigon knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, self-reliant, and team-oriented thinking and acting
• High social competence and communication skills, flexibility and resilience
• Client- and service-oriented
• Spitex experience is an advantage
• Driver's license category B including the ability to drive manual cars
