Your Job

Structured execution of root cause analyses with the associated 8D report
Systematic preparation of findings from root cause analyses as well as developing and presenting solution recommendations at the management level or to involved stakeholders
Follow up and coordinate measures determined from the root cause analysis until completed implementation
Ensure interaction and communication with external and internal contacts
Lead and/or participate in interdisciplinary improvement teams (CIP)

Your Strengths

You have a quick grasp and can independently gain a clear overview with little information
You are flexible and keep a cool head in hectic situations
You persistently pursue your tasks and positively win over interest groups that support you
You are strong in implementation and persistent with an autonomous and reliable working style as well as a good team player and communicator (D/E)
Technical basic education with several years of professional experience in a similar function with further training as a Quality Engineer or Technician HF is required, very good knowledge of various analysis methods, standards, process management, ISO 9001:2015
