About the job
The Youth & Families Foundation is a non-profit institution recognized as being of public utility. Its mission is to welcome and support children, adolescents, and adults facing social and/or personal difficulties, as well as to support their families. Around 300 collaborators keep the foundation's pulse beating. They work in one of the nine accommodation sites, within one of the day services or public activities, or within the administration. Each person is committed to improving the daily lives of beneficiaries while respecting their rights and dignity.
- Support children in their daily lives by promoting their well-being and healthy development
- Propose and lead activities specific to children, taking into account their developmental age
- Support and assist parents in their parenting role
- Participate in the development and implementation of the socio-educational concept
- Contribute to the smooth running of the home by assuming transversal and logistical tasks
- Collaborate effectively with network partners, particularly placement services

- Training as a social educator HES, ES, Early Childhood, Curative Pedagogy
- Confirmed professional experience with children in residential care and in supporting families in difficulty
- PF training is an asset
- Interest in organizing outdoor activities adapted to very young children
- High stress resistance capacity
- Committed personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to quickly integrate into an educational team
- Driving license required
