Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.
As the successful applicant you will be required to conduct internal audit assignments and specific missions within the Pictet Group’s business lines.
Your role
- Conducting audit engagements in the banking sector and related processes by preparing audit programmes and performing internal audit procedures, reviews and tests of the control environment.
- Writing audit reports to give assurance and insights, as well as making specific suggestions for improvements of the Internal Control System and better efficiency and being an actor of change.
- Presenting your work results and conclusions to the auditees including the executive management.
- Following up on the measures to be implemented.
- Conducting regular business partnership meetings with various stakeholders and business line management.
- Leveraging technology and data to identify new trends.
- Being actively involved in the life and activities of the Internal Audit department.
Your profile
- University degree in Economics or Finance.
- Professional certifications such as the Certified Internal Auditor diploma (CIA) or equivalent; (CPA, Swiss Chartered Accountant); and other business qualifications (CFA, CAIA, FRM) would be an asset.
- Five years’ work experience as an internal or external auditor in financial services.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Interest in tech and data analytics.
- Fluent in French and in English; other languages would be an asset.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
