Tasks
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Act as the first point of contact in-store, on phone, and via email.
- Sell bikes, accessories, and handle scheduling and admin tasks.
Skills
- Sales or service experience preferred; passion for bikes essential.
- Friendly demeanor and enthusiasm for customer interaction.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented work approach.

Thömus has stood for Swiss engineering, innovation, and passion for cycling for over 30 years. From the first design to final assembly, we build our bikes in Switzerland – individually, with high quality, and great attention to detail.

Your tasks – You make a difference:
• Warmly welcoming our customers
• First point of contact in the store, on the phone, and by email
• Selling bikes, accessories, and apparel
• Scheduling appointments and coordination
• Cash register management and simple administrative tasks
• Thinking along, helping out, and working magic
Your profile – what you bring:
• Friendly, open demeanor and joy in customer contact
• Sales experience or experience in reception/service is an advantage (training in retail desired but not mandatory)
• Interest in bikes
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style
• Very good spoken German skills (French is an advantage)
• Team spirit and a positive attitude
