Hygiene Officer (m/f/d)

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all hygiene standards throughout the hotel
• Close cooperation with colleagues in all hygiene-relevant areas such as kitchens and stewarding, including training and instruction of staff on hygiene-related topics
• Conducting regular hygiene inspections and controls, including checking ordered measures
• Creating and updating hygiene plans and documentation, including continuous optimization of the existing hygiene concept
• Cooperation with external service providers and authorities, e.g., acceptance and control of night cleaning in the hygiene area
• Support in implementing measures for infection prevention
• Support in selecting hygienic consumables (e.g., choosing the right cleaning agents, cleaning utensils)
• Conducting and documenting preventive examinations according to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points concept (HACCP concept)

• Completed training in hygiene, healthcare, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a hygiene officer or hygiene specialist, ideally in the hotel industry
• Sound knowledge of the current legal situation regarding hygiene, including all hygiene guidelines and regulations
• High sense of responsibility and pronounced quality awareness
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of all MS Office programs, especially Excel
