Head of Factory Shop (including work in production)

We are looking from February 1, 2026 or by arrangement for an enthusiastic and committed personality as

• Management and organization of the factory shop
• Participation in the strategic development of the factory shop
• Serving customers and selling the company's own specialties as well as commercial products to private customers
• Ordering commercial products
• Label printing and parcel shipping
• Scheduling and leading two employees
• Assistance in the packaging department and packing products for the factory shop
• Participation in the production of long-life baked goods on both production lines (about 50% of the workload)
• Various cleaning tasks in the company

• Experience in sales and a strong sense for customer contact
• Professional experience in a production company, preferably in the food industry
• Experience with scheduling and employee management is an advantage
• Physically resilient and in good physical condition
• Motivated and team-oriented personality
• Flexible and willing to work in a 2-shift operation (Factory shop: 8:45 am to approx. 6:15 pm, Production: 5 am - 2 pm and 2 pm - 11 pm)
• Flawless German language skills (level C1)
