The Egnach Foundation for Living, Accompanying, Working is an institution for people in need of support. It offers adults with cognitive impairments protected workplaces, community-oriented and assisted living, as well as educational opportunities.

To support a residential team, we are looking for someone starting December 1, 2025, or by arrangement:

Your future tasks:

• Accompanying, promoting, and caring for elderly people with impairments and partly demential development
• Organizing group life and group activities
• Assisting with household tasks in the residential group
• Working as a key contact person
• Cooperating with internal as well as external agencies
• Administrative tasks

Our ideal candidate:

• You have completed professional training (FABE, FAGE) and/or experience in (long-term) care/working with dementia patients
• The person with their special needs is at the center of your work
• Changes mean development opportunities for you; you enjoy learning
• You communicate transparently, appreciatively, and clearly
• You are responsible, physically and mentally resilient, and work independently
• You see irregular working hours (weekends, some split shifts, as well as night on-call duties) as an opportunity for individual leisure time planning
