Specialist in Geriatrics / Registered Nurse HF

Living & Housing «in der Au» is the guiding principle of VitaFutura AG and includes living, care, catering by the in-house kitchen as well as the public restaurant & bistro LaVita. For the qualified implementation of these services, VitaFutura AG currently employs 110 staff in the areas of nursing, Spitex, gastronomy, technical service, and administration. The company operates as a non-profit corporation on behalf of the municipality of Volketswil.

As a Specialist in Geriatrics, you ensure individual and professional care and support for elderly people. You perform your tasks within an interdisciplinary team in collaboration with the APN nursing expert. You take on nursing responsibility in highly complex care situations and thus regularly work in clinical everyday life. You are committed to the specialist team, which is led by the APN nursing expert.

• Education at tertiary level, diploma in nursing FH / HF or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a nurse in geriatrics
• Self-organized and structured way of working
• High professional competence and interest in passing this on in practical everyday life
• Taking responsibility in specialist topics such as RAI/BESA, wound management, dementia, etc.
