We are recruiting a 100% Chef de Partie on a permanent contract for our lakeside inn, with a start date as soon as possible.
The remuneration complies with the CCNT, adjusted according to your experience.

YOUR MISSION:
Under the responsibility of the Head Chef and Sous-Chef, you are responsible for your production station.
You carry out preparations respecting the quality, hygiene, organization, and elegance standards that define our house.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Culinary ProductionPrepare hot and cold dishes according to technical sheets and the Chef's instructions;
Ensure the taste, visual quality, and consistency of the dishes;
Ensure mise en place and timely sending of dishes.
Manage the supply of your station: anticipate needs, manage stocks, quality controls;
Check freshness, traceability, and proper labeling of products;
Maintain a clean, operational, and organized station throughout the service.
Work in coordination with the rest of the team in a spirit of mutual aid and fluidity;
Strictly apply the instructions of the Chef and Sous-Chef;
Actively contribute to a good atmosphere and smooth running of the service.
Respect HACCP standards and all hygiene rules in force;
Participate in cleaning, equipment maintenance, and traceability of foodstuffs;
Ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
CFC, CAP/BEP Cooking or equivalent training
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in a chic brasserie or semi-gourmet kitchen
Excellent mastery of classical and modern techniques
Speed, precision, attention to detail
Good knowledge of HACCP standards
Team spirit, organizational skills, and pride in well-done work
Autonomy, reliability, and desire to progress
