Construction Foreman (m/f)

As a supervisor of our customers, you lead and monitor the construction orders entrusted to us from AVOR to the handover of the structure. In doing so, you check the qualitative execution of the construction orders and ensure timely completion. You understand how to motivate your employees and take on the role model function regarding occupational safety. You will be supported by the administration in handling all administrative matters, and a modern infrastructure as well as first-class technical equipment are available to you.
Your main tasks include:
- Managing demanding projects in road, civil, and structural engineering
- Planning the economically optimal use of the available resources
- Taking responsibility for costs, quality, and deadlines
- Responsible for correct and timely billing
- Maintaining and implementing change order management
- Reporting and processing supplier invoices from the construction sites
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training in the main construction trade with further training as a construction foreman or civil engineer in the field of road and civil engineering
- Professional experience as a construction foreman is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of SIA standards
- Negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Precise working method, resilient and customer-oriented
- Good knowledge of German
