Your tasks

• Consulting and supporting our customers and business partners from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover
• Creating cost estimates, recording and processing workshop orders up to billing
• Processing damage reports, clarifications with insurance companies and experts
• Responsible for smooth warranty processing
• Initiating appropriate repair measures and monitoring deadlines
• Checking the completeness and quality of the work performed

Your profile

• Completed basic automotive training and preferably further training in the commercial field
• First experience in a similar role
• Very good German and French skills, ideally bilingual
• Additional foreign languages (English/Italian) are an advantage
• Strong communication skills, pleasant manners and customer-oriented appearance
• High commitment, teamwork and flexibility
• Organizational talent, resilience as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking and acting
